I’d actually have something to talk about with him if he bought something sensible like sheep!!Like store lambs?
Priorities are wrong somewhere.
I remember buying 80 top notch NC Cheviot gimmers from a fella at Lockerbie in September 2018 for £80. The fella was grumpy as feck when I asked for some luck. He told me he’d sold the bottom end of them fat in April for £1182018 was one of those droughty years when all the hill men were robbed of their store lambs by you lowland fellas, mule gimmers were for nowt that year aswel
Does the facial involve straw chopping?Mrs NeilO told me the other day that the place she had her hair cut is now offering finance on some of their more expensive beauty treatments. WTF!
She also said that there was a woman in there last time, complaining about the cost of feeding the kids, whilst booking her monthly treatments of massages, facials, nails, etc for about £400 a month.

Is this why beef and lamb are too dear ?Mrs NeilO told me the other day that the place she had her hair cut is now offering finance on some of their more expensive beauty treatments. WTF!

Just got that took a while

Just using this what’s the difference? It's already here.
Lambing started on Friday. 3 pure Texels lambed so far - all outside, all unassisted. All 3 were twins but 1 lamb was dead at birth..
1 triplet in the commercials down with TLD on Friday too.. thought I'd saved her but she's dead this morning so it isn't all rosey. Wasted the last of my Blue Top

We’ve been using this for a couple of years now I think. It has worked I’ve used bottles of itOnly found out about that stuff, on here, a week or 2 ago.
Will ask the vet if they're supplying it. IMO blue top was the best thing for sorting out downer ewes (didn't save them all but it saved more than anything else)
Hi, not too bad thanks. I feel fine but it's all what goes through my mind that why iv not been on here much. Been scanning sheep and cows this morning. Got a week before the next stage starts. Not looking forward to that but will have to go through it.@Rich_ard how's the recovery going?
You have read my post wrong by the looks of itAs in you’ve missed the deadline but still have to test? Well yeah? They don’t just let you run to the next 4 yearly interval? Or have I read the post wrong
Ahhhh! I thought I must have read it wrongYou have read my post wrong by the looks of it
Normally 4 yearly is just breeding stock. What I was asking was if I miss the deadline, will I have to do all stores/fat stock as well?
I genuinely feel sorry for you lot having to go through the hassle of it. Not sure I would bother keeping cattle if we had to, and that is saying something! You boys and girls farming in 4 year zones don’t know you’re born We have to test EVERYTHING from 42 days old upwards every time we test
