2018 was one of those droughty years when all the hill men were robbed of their store lambs by you lowland fellas, mule gimmers were for nowt that year aswel
I remember buying 80 top notch NC Cheviot gimmers from a fella at Lockerbie in September 2018 for £80. The fella was grumpy as feck when I asked for some luck. He told me he’d sold the bottom end of them fat in April for £118 ☹️

Mrs NeilO told me the other day that the place she had her hair cut is now offering finance on some of their more expensive beauty treatments. WTF!

She also said that there was a woman in there last time, complaining about the cost of feeding the kids, whilst booking her monthly treatments of massages, facials, nails, etc for about £400 a month.

Priorities are wrong somewhere.
Does the facial involve straw chopping?

Stubble turnip tops are growing like mad in the warm, just so wet underneath they are wasting a lot.
Spring is round the corner though.

So, did your Mrs think the other woman was much in need of that level of 'investment'? 🤣

Is this why beef and lamb are too dear ? 🤓

It's already here.

Lambing started on Friday. 3 pure Texels lambed so far - all outside, all unassisted. All 3 were twins but 1 lamb was dead at birth..

1 triplet in the commercials down with TLD on Friday too.. thought I'd saved her but she's dead this morning so it isn't all rosey. Wasted the last of my Blue Top 😢

Just using this what’s the difference?

Not sure
As in you’ve missed the deadline but still have to test? Well yeah? They don’t just let you run to the next 4 yearly interval? Or have I read the post wrong 🤦🏻‍♂️
You have read my post wrong by the looks of it 😂
Normally 4 yearly is just breeding stock. What I was asking was if I miss the deadline, will I have to do all stores/fat stock as well?
