They don’t disintegrate that quick. Definitely not be gone in 12 months. Action of weather and breaking them up takes time. If it’s a different landlord over the river I’d definitely just let fly about it. If they do nothing, report it. They shouldn’t be allowing clays or shot to be falling outside their boundary.

And shooters wonder why farmers see their arses with them and tell them to get lost 🤦🏻‍♂️

That’s exactly what I thought, seems reckless and illegal that they can be shooting over land that’s not in there control… the fact they had too stop shooting while I was driving round my sheep is a sign that they shouldn’t be shooting that direction…

my land has a gamekeeper on it that has a bit of a small scale shoot he had too be reminded a few months ago he pays too shoot there not do what ever the f**k he likes after I went down for first time in months and was feeders all over the place and truck wheelings all over the place🤦‍♂️ few silage bales in the gateways got him paying attention and being more respectful

You will never teach a game keeper.

A kindred spirit. I think I had 33 at last count.
Everything from a pony paddock to a several thousand acre estate.

We should offer our services to the diplomatic service.

I had too go the other night at 8pm and move an electric fence because I’d put some ewes and lambs into a field behind one landlords house and there’s some lovely daffodils growing just in the field a little bit behind his garden and he didn’t want the sheep too trample them while they’re in flower and look nice 🙈🙈

No idea but I doubt that’ll be much of a consolation when I make hay out of it this summer and sell the hay and who ever buys it rings up going wild about the amount of chunks of clays in it
I'd not worry about what's in the hay, can't see every bit of clay getting picked up by a baler. Not sure I'd be happy about them landing on my ground without my knowledge.
