convert Pan mixer to electric

I have a pro driven pan mixer about 850l or so. I was wondering about using an electric motor to drive ( have 3ph) and not sure the size and type of motor to run it?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

Definitely it will need a reduction box. At least a 3:1 reduction if your using a 4-pole 3-phase motor for it, as the motor will run at a nominal 1500 rpm.

Remember an electric motor has much better torque than an engine (generally) so you should be able to get something appropriate around the 10 to 20 kW mark I’d reckon off the top of my head.

You then need to think about what sort of supply you have for it, and the motor will need either a star-delta starter or an electronic (inverter) soft starter.
