Anyone used an online service for their land purchases/sales?

Will be buying and selling a few bits and loathed to pay more than I have to just because someone's local.

Will be buying and selling a few bits and loathed to pay more than I have to just because someone's local.

Used it when I bought my house, was the free service through the bank. Not an experience I would repeat, was awful.
