Country spotters

During the early mid 70s I was in a club called country spotters I think it was something to do with the farmers weekly .It was a club for kids and you got 4 books a year you had to fill in but that’s all I can remember about it were any other forum members in it ?

YES!
Still got the enamel badge, with a very sharp pin. c1958 ?

That’s fantastic. I’ve got nobody to ask about it now they’ve all gone but we used to have a lot of fun filling the books in .
Its a long time ago but there were weekly prizes to be won- 5/- by postal order if I recall correctly. Got a couple of those.

It was still going at the end of the eighties. You filled your book in then sent it in to be marked if I remember right.
