Anyone recieved any money back yet or even heard anything ?
Told me payments could be delayed up to end of august. Over 50 % of claims (me included) very near the deadline as waiting for products to be delivered. I got an extension until July 16th to provide photos, as products were not delivered until after deadline but had to be paid for.

Told the same. Mine went in on 30th May, got an email to confirm receipt and say that they aim to have all claims paid by 31st August. I guess they gave a 2 month extension on original deadline so can't complain if it takes a bit longer to get paid out.

I agree. I had a lot of bother with a certain big manufacturer uk based. Ordered and got something from New Zealand in 8 weeks.
