CS on land without entitlements

Hi all, looking at claiming for some capital grants, mainly fencing and hedge work. But we don’t have entitlements for some of our land, can I still claim CS on this?

I think you will be able to after delinking in 2024 it will be on the DEFRA website, somewhere..

I think as long as your business is a BPS claimant then you can claim CS and capital items on parcels without entitlements, at least that’s what I’m about to do !!

I agree with this - have a concrete pad going down on land that is not registered

Thanks all, that’s what I was hoping to hear, makes it all a bit more worthwhile!
I guess the same can be said for SFI too?
