Just phone APHA and there's a message to say that the TB team can't access individual customer records and can only answer general enquiries. I wonder if it's a bigger problem?

I either get "this site cannot be reached", or it shows the login screen then will not accept my password.

There is a notice on the login screen saying the site will be "down for scheduled maintenance tonight from 19:00 to 21:00". No date, so not clear which "tonight" is meant.
