Cushman hauler Pro charger fault

Hi can anyone help with a couple of faults on a Cushman hauler Pro 72 volt buggy. The charger isn’t working and showing a 6 flash code which I believe is an internal charger fault. Is there anything else to check before we order. Charger. Also the BDI isn’t reading battery voltage does the BDI get its signal from the charger.!! Thanks
