Best way to cut them so as not to burn ends.
Sthil saw burns with steel disc and can't find skinny disk.
Skinny disc in cordless grinder wears out too quick.

Steel disc in circular saw, probably mark sheet from bottom of saw.

You'll see cuts so can't cover with cladding.

I've used an evolution saw, if you're worried about marking the sheet with the base then a bit of thin nylon sheet glued on the base will help, although I've never needed to do it myself. A quick run over the edge with a file or flap disc to clean the burr & a bit of paint to protect the end. A bit of 2x1 clamped on acts as a guide rather than try to eyeball it & pay attention to the sound of the blade. Obviously decent hand & eye protection is required with all the swarf being thrown around!

Nibbler for a super neat cut, recip saw but takes more effort / skill to keep straight. Both are classed as cold cuts so will protect the coating.
Watch out for the "nibblings" if you do get a nibbler. The little half moon shapes are needle pointed & get everywhere & stick into everything. Think broken glass X 100 :(
Get someone to follow the cut with a strong magnet in a plastic bag & keep dogs/stock well away from the cutting area.

PS
Don't walk on the wife's best parquet floor until you have taken your shoes off (& most of your clothes too)

These are good for straight cuts and don't melt the coating

I cut them with a metal cutting disc in circular saw, hate circular saws usually as they’re bloody dangerous but it’s only tool that will cut sheets tidy. Clamp a baton across the sheet and find or cut an offcut of timber to set the batton at correct distance from the cut everytime (distance from blade to edge of saw guide)
