Cutting groove for hydraulic scraper track

Hi all as title has anyone got scraper track sunk in concrete or know how you can cut a groove say 4 " by 2 " or whatever's required. Tia

As mentioned concrete road saw will cut it but . Breaking it out clean to place the track in the remaining channel will be the issue .

We're replacing hyd scrapers in one shed with pollock chain scrapers, there's a company coming with a groover setup to mill out the required groove roughly 2" by 2". Will find out the name over the weekend.

Did our old scraper chain using a road saw then went down with the jack hammer,no problem with a chain as it soon wore any rough edges off.

To do the job right I think you're going to have to break a fair bit out and re concrete with a timber in place.

We can provide a top cutting service where a machine has a rotating drum that will grind away the concrete. The ripped out material can then be ccraped up with a bucket brush. Pm me for more details if required
