CX8000 anyone changed these before?

as title, cx8030, wear plates on the crop elevator are worn out. Got some new ones to put on but they are pop riveted on. How the hell do you get new ones on without whole thing to bits or do i not bother with rivets and just use some bolts.

ive done it its not that bad a job just drill pop rivets from underneath and theres a trap door you can open to work through i think few years since i did it

as already said theres the bottom trapdoor for the ones further back. I knocked the back off the rivets with a chisel to loosen off from the outside.

I found it a bit easier to take a few of the bars off to give a bit more space to work the riviter

Got it done this morning. Wasnt that bad to do. Just had to borrow a hand riveter from a neighbour as couldnt get our electric one in to do the ones under the shaft.

As said drop the inspection hatch then use a right angle drill to remove the old rivets. Easier fitting with 2 people. One to position the riveter and one to squeeze it.
