Was round the farm this time last year, very well run but the family have no time too themselves, always working and staff nearly all eastern european !!
The wife wants to go back to Linconshire on the flat , they told us they have moved 11 times.

Always thought they looked good but sure I read on here somewhere the smell when they flush was horrendous, in the local parish/village, not just the shed.
I wouldn’t say it smells good, but no worse than any lagoon. Hours and hours of scraping reduced to opening a valve for 7 minutes. A big pump and gravity run cheaply.

Not even a big pump here, little floating pump transfers to a lagoon above the shed, then when the shed valve is opened the wash runs through 3’ pipe to the shed if memory serves me correctly.

South coast is very very expensive as is East Devon,
Easy access to mway is strong money, but get out in the sticks and its different. Houses to rent get a 50% increase in rent for being 20 mins from mway compared to 50mins!

I agree. That farm in Dartmouth, if a farmer manages to ever buy that I'd be very surprised.
