Just over an hour from us, Savills emailed me it the other day. Think it is probably a little small and needs a bit much spending on it to milk, but looks like a nice place really. I await the husband’s response

Looks like that might be a dear spot to start throwing cash at for dairy infrastructure. Not that far from us. Decent land, ring fence, £4-5m? I’ve not asked mind, maybe I’d get a nice surprise if I did!So apart from their is no dairy infrastructure
