Your neighbors farm dint look to dear with Kivells/stags last year.
No and if I'd been going for a couple of years I would have been speaking to the bank manager!
Trouble is, at the time, no one was looking for extra milk except roddas who stipulated that it needed a new parlour and dairy, all year round calving or summer peak and needed to be jerseys on the rspca contract which I think put people off
Worked out well for me in the end though as I've got 50 acres in there for silage which is ideal :)
