Dairy Farm

Morning all

A family member is talking about quitting and selling up the farm, I have worked there since I was 15/16 part time and my uncle for the past nearly 50 years.

Would it be worth exploring the possibility of buying the farm as an ongoing concern?

Why not. Maybe rent it and buy it in bits each year.

I had thought it there was a possibility of renting it and buying it in parts as the money would allow

Have you asked them? They might say no and all this talk won't mean a thing.
