Dairy heifer rearing

With the beef job like it is at the moment, is it worth offering dairy heifer rearing services instead of beef calves? What age or stage do people like them taken through to?
If it is worth doing, what is the best place/way to go about advertising as such? We are in a TB4 and can take large batches.
