When (if ?) you come back are you looking at this as something that will make you more employable?

I was just looking at it as I could still work and do the course at the same time. I just came across it by accident really, it's run by Genus, Promar, and LKL. I just want to further my knowledge really, don't no the cost of it either.

Guess its like an open university course with modules set via email?

A previous herdsman of mine (LKL contractor) did the academy and got a lot out of it. Helped him progress to managing a 400 cow unit.
Something like it ought to be able to bridge the gap between them leaving college and becoming a full time herdsman. It would be something I would be interested in sending my staff on. Whether it would make them want to drive the tractor less thought I don't know...
