Good luck dealing with Dannagri. ?

Long and short of it is we wanted our grain dryer upgrading.
Their MD came out, ‘measured up’ in 5 mins flat for a quote.
We went ahead with the job, no further site visit, until pallet after pallet of gear turned up. No instructions, no drawings, even their men didn’t know how it all went together.
Numerous phone calls to their office asking for drawings and plans but nothing was produced. We even had one of their subbies googling the kit for pictures of how it went together.
Eventually we ‘cobbled’ it together after delaying the start to harvest.
We ended up with an absolute mess of augers and elevators.
After with holding the final payment for the installation the MD finally came back to site (only the second time I’d seen him) his first words were it ‘shouldn’t have been like this’.
We ended up in court blah blah.
All in all I wish I’d never heard of them before. ??
