Deer fencing with FG2 grant

Has anyone done it? I can’t see anything in the specification that says I can’t but don’t want to run into any problems if I get an inspection.

Fields are going into a herbal ley and if I’m fencing the fields anyway it would make sense to keep 200 fallow deer out at the same time! I don’t have control of the woodland so FG9 isn’t an option.
