Depreciating dryer

Opinions of value of dryer after several years please. There's the 'book' value and then the 'worth at point of use' value.

To make things simple, a continuous flow dryer installed 25 years ago, worth then £100k. What is it worth now? Just the dryer, not the shed it's in.

Depreciation value?

2nd hand Value?

Value 'as is' in situ?

Obvs a new replacement would be 25 years more modern and have added vale there so not just like for like.

Any opinions valued and appreciated.

Other than capacity, why replace? Or worry about value,
15 to 20 ton drier after 25yrs, should be worth £10k but you try achieving that, for the fact that who is going to install something that you deem out of date,
Just this week have sold a 20 ton Svegma, for less than £5 k dismantled, a bargain for someone,
Also drier is the easy bit, it’s all the other installation costs, elevators, conveyors etc,
To the point that I sold a very nice Svegma 6yrs ago, to a neighbour, it still sits outside never installed, because installation costs were in the region of £60k

Family reasons, business splitting, apportioning assets etc. Very tricky.
