Desiccating linseed?

My linseed is ready for desiccation with Diquat. I've got some flat fan nozzles that'll put 300 lt./ha on as a medium spray @ 8 km/h. I'm thinking of angling them alternating forward and backwards, but I'm not sure if that is the best option to hit the stems. What do you think?

I don't think it will make much difference, but angled sprays might have slightly better coverage. Diquat needs to hit as much as possible unlike glyphosate.

Don't forget a non ionic wetter.

I've used glyphosate in the past and found it very slow on linseed. Since using Diquat harvesting has been easy. Most of my linseed is now to far gone for glyphosate anyway, but I do have one field that it might work on. What timing do you find works best?

Half the linseed has practically come ready on its own here so applied reglone the other day to tidy the edges up etc. The other half will probably be dessicated end of the week, tried roundup and reglone over the years, currently using reglone as seemed to wait weeks for roundup to do anything.
