How cheap is cheap.

He was talking in the £1500 price range but with nothing much on the horizon he may have to up his game. he has a very old Coventry climax but sadly the conrod came through the block.

Would think double that for a diesel wreck and 4 times that for a decent one with all the loler certs etc.

I had to pay £3500 for one that was actually worth having. No showpiece but everything works apart from the lights.
Found it on Facebook marketplace after searching everywhere. Think I paid another £250 for delivery from about 15 miles away
