A friends lorries were all emptied of diesel last week, also the reclamation yard, it would seem that the lovable caravan utilising nomadic travelers have bought several hundred feet of hose, they park up and take the hose across fields then suck the tanks out.

Might be slow in responding but has anyone carried out local enquiries on this?

In every case there is evidence, there is a witness but you only find these things if you get out and ask.
