Has anyone used them. I eat 3 meals a day normally a bowl of cereal, lunch a sandwich and pack of crisps and then a cooked meal in the evening. Always thought my lack of weight loss was due to drink so went about 3 weeks without with same amount of exercise and no discernable difference. I know some people can really struggle to get rid of certain food types

Sugar can be a big contributor, whether added to tea, coffee etc. or hidden. Just lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks without trying after a fairly busy lambing spell meant walking around 10 miles a day, but it will go back on when I go back to spending more hours on the tractor.

I guess it depends how much you drink & of what. Not trying to preach as I like beer far too much.
What I`ve found is that eating enough is as important to weight loss as eating less/sensible foods.
Then you get into how you are set up to burn off the calories, I like a good breakfast and a lighter evening meal, doesn`t work for everyone.
Maybe try turning your eating around? Bit more for breakfast and lunch then a lighter evening meal, trouble is that often clashes with other half`s/family etc.

I would cut out the carbs, bread, crisps and cereal, and replace it with protien, meat, eggs, and veg, not too many potatoes. You need less to make you feel full, and they take longer to digest, so you feel fuller for longer.

I cycle to work a couple of times a week around 22 mil2 round trip. However Since the kids fitness activities have gone right down hill. I think I need to stop sauces with meals and bread but there so nice

Eat stuff that looks like what your granny would call food. Read ingredients, eat nothing with sugar which is bad for you, and palm oil because it is vile sh!t that is used to make food not go off.

I started a new exercise plan for weight loss, its impact on my body was not much prominent, it was really demotivating for me in the beginning. Then for loosing weight i started to take green tea daily from Sports Inside , after some days of exercising, it really helped me loose my weight.

Yeah, I went to a nutritionist because I couldn 't lose weight on my own. I couldn 't figure out what food to eat and what not to eat and at what time. For example, you can't eat fruit in the evening , because they are harmful to the body if you eat them at a later time and I didn't know this. The nutritionist gave me the name of the products and the time when they can be eaten. I also had a special plan, I wanted to lose weight first, get back in shape and build muscles. To do this, the nutritionist prescribed me special sports supplements (you can see here https://alphawolfnutrition.com/nitrosigine/), which should help me in this . But I recommend that you take any supplements only on the advice of a specialist. Take care.
