Difficulty with moving pigs because of local Avian Influenza outbreak.

We have just become in the survellance area for an out break (outer circle) and it is all flagged up on the EAML2 site when I apply for a licence.

Had it with a finishing unit. Stock need to be accompanied with a copy of the general licence. Only movement to slaughter though.

Was in a zone in March, next door had bird flu used my track past my pigs to access the site .I had pigs out during the cull with no problems

As above, you just need the "general licence" if you're just in the surveillance zone. Presume you have no poultry on site? You self certify that you comply with the licence conditions.
