Director exchange program

What it says really, over the last few months My Mentor and I have been talking about where we want to be next year, one of the things is looking for a new Director to sit on our board. It occurred to us that a good solution would be to find a company that was looking to do a similar thing and do a swap, they'd sit on our board and I'd sit on there's. I looking for someone to challenge us a bit and to help us along the path to getting of the commodity production cycle and into value adding and taking products closer to the consumer, I can offer a bit of advice on succession, and long term vision. type stuff anyone got any experience of this or think of any good companies to approach?

Not sure I don't think they have Directors. But the idea of the company is along the right lines Value adding, ect. A similar age would also be good (mid 30's)
