You are invited to participate in a dissertation project - the Study of Post-Brexit Recruitment Strategies for Seasonal Migrant Workers in the UK's Agriculture. The survey focuses on farmers/farm owners hiring seasonal workers. The survey takes no longer than 10 minutes. Your participation will help me explore the post-Brexit recruitment plans for seasonal migrant labour in UK’s agricultural industry and investigate whether the government’s seasonal worker scheme is the only effective way to prevent labour shortage in UK’s agriculture.
There is no compensation for responding nor is there any risk. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time even when you have started the survey. All your responses will be kept anonymous. No personally identifiable information will be included in the study.
