Do yo have to mark ditches as permanent ineligible features?

As above? We have fields where the ditch forms in on the boundary, together with a hedge. Do they need to be marked on the RLR?

Thank you. That is what I thought but the wording is not clear. What if the field boundary is not the centre of the ditch? For example there might be a hedge with a ditch one side.

I'm afraid the RPA have remapped me and excluded the ditch to exactly where a hedge forms a boundary with it and not anywhere else. I would not exclude them myself because I would still be within area tolerances and take a payment reduction later without penalty if necessary.
