Any feedback on these Spanish made boilers?
I have been to the Domusa factory and met there engineers and to be honest they have a very good and unique concept. but that concept does come with some minor faults that are solvable with a bit of setting up. i have some of these boiler fitted out there and they perform very well considering the price of them. so in my opinion its not one to write off.
you also get great technical support from a UK based company and all parts are also available through them. i know this is a very late reply to the original question but i just thought id add this in case any other users are looking at these boilers.[/QU
I have one of these boilers and have had a fair amount of problems. Mine keeps burning the igniters out and my friendly company that fitted seem to charge me the earth for a call out to fix a very cheap looking part. You talk of a uk based company where I can get parts from ? I am after buying these igniters myself and fitting them to my machine ? whats the company called that sell these parts ?
Pretty cheap analysis. All products are subject to technical help, I've dealt with most of Europes offerings and if parts or exchange is needed all have the same turnaround give or take imo.well the website says all the right things but would i buy a heating appliance made in spain!!!!!!! noop. im sure they will do the job, but for how long, how easy to get parts and technical help when it breaks down at midday on friday when theyre on a siesta!!LOL, Personally i would steer clear of cheap boilers from spain, italy, poland etc. only asking for trouble.
Andy, i support Domusa boiler customers with free advice if you want help use [email protected]We have had a Domusa NG Class 43 boiler since July 2015 and it has needed constant attention. It has recently started playing up again and I have identified significant damage to the burner pot and grinders which will now need replacing for the third time. Renove in Liverool are great with their support but is this the standard that I should be expecting?
