OH just showed me the local village fb page, they are all posting piles of dog poo around the village. Its getting worse, the lane to one of my fields I've nicknamed dog sh!t ally, says it all really.
We have terrible problems with it in our local Queen Elizabeth country park, many comments have been raised with the rangers there (know them quite well through an mtb volunteer trail building group) trouble is they won't put poo bins in as they would then have to empty them which they just don't have time to do as already overstretched, it's horrible though bags and bags of the stuff just bagged up and left by sign posts or hung up in trees! Who do these offenders expect to clear it up!!!
Occasionally our local beach car park gets covered with sand from high tide, so council come along to clear it to one side on dunes .every morning the doggie crowd come along and let of the muts to run and play and normally deposit on soft sand, later that day when mothers come along after school run with their darling in tow are let off to run and play and as u would expect dig and roll in soft mound of sand full of ?, now if they only knew.
The only reason u take dog for a walk is so it moves bowler. A responsible dog owner knows this.so it's timed that it happens else where and not on their patch
