Double extension PTO guards.

I need two new guards for my folding topper. Tho issue is it’s a three part PTO not the standard two part on most things. The extra extension is causing me a nightmare trying to find a new set of guards for it.

Open 2000mm
Closed 800mm

Any ideas where I can buy one. Preferably online. I have tried my local dealer but the brand of machine hasn't got good coverage in my area.

it’s a Joskin TR 555 CH6

Pictures are from google not my actual machine.

No not yet. Don’t need them till the wether gets better anyway so no huge hurry. Just giving it a once over in the workshop. Plus I’m lazy and like to buy online if it’s not at the local dealers as it’s easier.

Joskin themselves will have an astronomical price most probably. Any make on the remaining parts? Could you use three 800mm parts? Local dealer will have a selection of guards and maybe just maybe will of cut a new one down to fit a shaft and have some offcuts

I was thinking the same on the price front.

I did think it might be worth buying two and chopping but I imagine you need 3 different diameters to be able to make them close. Also can’t find a new pic of the machine to see how they worked. I could just run without them but I’d prefer to make it safe.

rough idea I got was as a centre tube an inch ish offcut of the outer diameter guard as a coller glued to the inner part to stop it sliding to far into other? Then need to find a third part of matching diameter?

That looks like a good use for a couple of those Spaldings rubber bellows type guards?

that might work but can’t see them for sale anymore. Don’t use Spaldings myself so can’t see everything on their website. Feel free to post a link if anyone knows where to get one.
