Drill depth prob vaderstad rapid 600

Can anyone advise about drill depth ram problems on Rapid 600, it will not hold its drilling depth whilst in work! I have renewed valve on depth ram and replaced spring and pushrod seemed ok then started dropping again when drilling, what’s next? It does appear to creep down whilst raised... is there a electro valve or slice somewhere within?

Sounds like the master ram is leaking past the seal internally if it creeps down when raised.
There are a few other seals in the block that can cause this issue but most likely will be the big ram at the rear.

Thanks for that, it is is certainly one possibility, I just wondered wether it could be leaking back within the drill block if there were seals within it??
