Drones - dji/dronedeploy/ndvi etc

Maybe a daft question, but I am ignorant about drones so shall ask anyway... what sort of poor conditions can they fly in? I'm guessing drizzle or a light shower aren't a problem, but what about more / different precipitation and winds? My experience in other fields is that 'guidelines' generally under or over play a product's capability. Thanks in advance.
 
I've been up in a pretty stiff breeze. Would prefer where I want to fly to he into the wind so I can have the wind at my back on the homeward leg.
So I'm not fighting the wind on a low battery

Rain as far as I'm aware is an absolute no no. Rain of any kind. I avoid it like the plague.

I can usually get the cows moving in for milking from the house. If they are far away I usually sit by a window in the general direction. House is on a hill which helps

Battery’s will need to improve tho now Youve got me looking at them there’s some that will travel 7km!! But the battery’s only last 25 minutes
