Dual wheels for 480/70R 34

Hello. Can I fit 420/85R 34's as I've found a dual set? Rolling circumference looking online looks the same.
When I come to put new tyres on the 480/70R 34 will I be able to use the same rims that are currently fitted with 420/85R 34's for the old 480/70R 34's to then match?
