Anyone having trouble accessing weights and remittances can get logged on but when I press classification and remittances nothing comes up

Are you altering the date range for info? It's set at today's date.

Is it that the list of kill dates isn't coming up, or is it after that when you click the [R] for remittance or [C] for classification? If the [R] or [C] is blue it means it's ready, if it is in grey it's not ready yet. The [C] is usually there after 7PM on day of kill, but the [R] takes a few days.

It should download a pdf, you'll need a free pdf software to open the file. If you're on a mobile sometime you have to swipe down from the top of your screen to see downloaded files.

Yes altered the date all the kill dates coming up but won’t go on remittances when I press the r button trying to do quarterly accounts why they can’t just email them is beyond me

Could be a pop up blocker, does anything happen like a narrow band appear at top of screen? There are examples in 'Instructions & Documents' tab at the top, '3 Instructions - Generating Remittances and Classifications.pdf'. The instructions themselves are a pdf so would give an idea if you're having issues opening pdfs generally.

Are you trying on your phone or a laptop? On the phone you'll get a little circle turning round looking like it's doing nothing, but then this will appear

Pull your screen down, and you should be able to open the download.

On the laptop, you should see a little box appear, saying downloading, which you then click on.
