know a company that make curved sheets no problem ,,,, sure can find fabricators for the steel work ,, we use a company in brum to curve rsj and pfc for us do you have drawings

I’ve been thinking about building one for myself. Looking at the one I already have you don’t need curved steelwork other than the tin.
A triangular framework will do it and fasten the tin to three purlins/ beams whatever they’re called

Does it need to stay as a Dutch barn? We had an ancient one back home (uprights were old railway tracks, put up just post-war IIRC), with a big lean to either side and cubicle inside it. Something needed doing as the roof was getting a bit rotten. The cheapest (& best) option was for a company to come in and remove it, then replace with a portal frame, leaving the uprights and leanto's in place.

All the old original 40s/50s ones the tin sheets are riveted together, they are an absolute c??t to take apart.

Here in West Wales, the French barns are just tin nailed onto the purlins at either side, no supports in the middle. I think the span of the one here is about 15' (just too narrow for two big bales side by side). The tin is then bolted together to form the roof.
