I blame it on the Spanish. First time I saw idiots on TV holding onto rockets until they where well lit and then release horizontally at a target was some idiots in Spain at some carnival.

Note the advice to prevent arson. Move your farm away from public roads and block gates if you leave bales in the fields overnight. Glad I am not farming down there.
Maybe a Wickerman treatment would deter some. Probably sue the farmer for not providing an escape route
