E-14 code on Class chopper

I have a Class Jaguar 830 and every time I
Engage the chopper unit drive, an E-14 error comes up that the books says means "metal detection interrupted". I've checked the wires I found find on the head and washed the feed rolls. It still does not work. Does someone know the possible reasons for this error?

will the metal detector reset at all on it ?

Try to reset metal detector. Some models when you go reverse need to see speed on feeder. Common fault.

I have tried reversing the feed rolls, but it doesn't work. When I turn on the chopper unit the green and red icons are supposed to light up, and they do. But almost immediately the green one goes out and that code comes on. I believe the book says that the red one goes out when you reverse the feed... But the green one is supposed to stay on. The red light never even goes out though.

It may not reset if doesn't see speed sensor
Cables corroded or module need attention.
