If you're meaning our projects then the answer is mostly, the 360 and dozer are a ground works contractor but the 3cx is ours, we do as much of the work as we can, the final ground works, getting ready for concrete and all the fitting up of the sheds we do.

It probably averages out like that, the first cubicle conversion, parlour, straw shed, slurry tower and calf house extensions were all in 18 months, then a break to the big one with all the fill going in, then theres been a couple of refits in between.

I just work there so luckily I don't have too pay for it all
