Eazi weigh 7i negative weighing

Hello

I’ve just purchased a handling system with a weigh crate. This has top load cells. The weigh shows weights as a minus! Not a plus. It’s frying my brain and I can’t seem to get any answers. Even the Datamars lady had no idea.

Thanks. Is there a way to get it to register the other way around? If I push up then it weighs as it should.

There are ways around this, but I suspect its the way the bars been setup

Right it's definitely a setup issue, the bars are designed to work in compression only the feet are being pulled down when weight is applied causing tension which gives you a negative reading.

100% on this. I've not seen it setup like this before. Where did the crate come from? Can you flip the bar over? Datamars does have an app, not sure if you can change settings on the Eziweigh7i like you can the S3 on it. You could also try plugging it into the computer and seeing if you can access its advance settings.
