Should be able to go in the land section, pick the parcel number and delete using the cross, or edit with the pencil (same way that you change cropping etc). It should then be removed from the efa section too

Try this :-

‘Use less EFA than available’ To reduce an EFA, go to the ‘Make changes to your application’ section of the ‘Apply for BPS’ screen. Then click ‘Use less EFA than available’.

I can' remove it from the land section cos it is actually cropped with beans. But I don't want it as efa

Try clicking help on the apply for BPS page, then scroll down to where it tells you how to do it. You should find a table of EFA’s, click on open and you should find what you want.

As far as I'm aware you did, and you do.
If left as is you will only receive basic payment and no greening.
I believe you can still change it.

Case290 has 30 ha of arable which would make him require 3 crops and EFA to meet greening. Unless his cropping meets one of the excemptions - so more than 75% grass including PP and Temporary Grass or the combination of fallow/pulses. The online spreadsheet does take this into account and will come up with a N/A if exemptions apply. So need more information from Case290 - what is the arable cropping. As ever why I say seek professional advice if unsure and certainly do not rely on anything I say on this forum - after all I could be a Russian bot for all anyone knows. Hey ho.

EFA exemption 1 Farmers don’t have to declare EFAs if more than 75% of the eligible agricultural land on the holding is: • permanent grassland • temporary grassland • used for the cultivation of crops grown in water (such as watercress) for 6 months or more in a calendar year • a combination of the above

EFA exemption 2 Farmers don’t have to declare EFAs if more than 75% of their arable land is any of the following: • fallow land • temporary grassland • used for cultivation of leguminous crops • a combination of the above Read the list of crops on page 68 to check what counts as a leguminous crop.

Leguminous(Beans) + temp grass = 83%

But why not list obvious efa's anyway?
