Egg Insulators

Hi. Does anyone know where I could buy egg insulators for my corner posts that have a groove on the top to run the electric fence wire through rather than thread it through the hole at the front. I find it a pain to do that when setting up a 3-wire fence line. I have seen them around so I know they exist somewhere. Many thanks.

it seems Rutland do them but looks like you would have to phone up and find out where to actually buy them from

Bryce made the end strain insulator you're after.
They were a very good insulator and popular too.
Cheetah electric fencing in Ireland took on the some of the Bryce products I believe.
They make them now anyway...

or just be resourceful and cut your own slot on ordinary ones with a little angle grinder/thin cutting disc / or hack saw even
