Elbow pain

Dunno if it tennis elbow (I'm no Wimbledon fan!) but has the symptoms. But any movement of elbow or moving hand when arm straight and its agony. Anyone used those slim elbow braces? Any other suggestions??

Dunno.
Last autumn my right elbow was agony, I couldn't swing a hammer at all so had to use left hand. Over winter ot appears to be better but now my left is the same. Very tender to touch as well.
Tennis elbow is it?
No Wimbledon fan either.

Had it two years ago pita, look on YouTube under tennis elbow and there are plenty of videos which helped out to the point not a bother since , bending your whist back is one

Bursitis. fluid filled sac just inside end of joint. becomes inflamed. very hard to reduce inflamation because of lack of blood supply to surrounding cartilage. was convinced id broken the end off my elbow. takes along time to heal. sorry not much help. basically get someone else to do the heavy stuff.

Voltarol , if it's a bursar you will need a cortisone injection

Had painful elbow with fluid on it. Students elbow according to doc. Arnica got rid of the fluid and have stopped resting my elbow on the table when using computer and or have a soft "pillow" under it when typing. Have taken to using the cordless mouse on my thigh instead.

Bit bullet & went to Dr for first time in 16yrs. Tennis elbow. She's given me some exercises & I've bought a hot/cold elbow wrap.

This but I use a lacrosse ball to do the massage, works well.

Cortisone injection if it's tennis or golfer's elbow (opposite sides of the elbow). I've had both in both arms, only thing to work was cortisone. Needed a couple of second jabs, you may get away with one.
