It seems a bit misleading that they are announcing the numbers of farmers having taken up the scheme as being much higher than any other scheme and 'These early signs are really encouraging.'

However the CSS didn't have the turbo charge of having BPS payments removed at the same time which just might have had an impact and be more of a driver than a mass adoption all of a sudden to sustainable farming practices.

Just here to present a balanced view!
