Empty grain store

Guys, I am currently looking for a store. An empty no longer used grain store with a weighbridge would be perfect. To store our ash based soil conditioner, does not come under FIAS regs, so no risk.

Either within half an hr of Runcorn,

or

Half an hr of Doncaster

If anyone knows of anything, it would be much appreciated.
