I wouldnt bother,we used to use them at a local quarry and had drums labelled incorrectly/wrong oil.Ive also done a job in their yard and lets just say it wasnt very clean.
It is basically what I’d describe then as ‘green barrel’ oil. Has it been approved by any of the official quality standard setters or do they just claim that it meets those standards? Oil blending plants really should meet very high cleanliness and traceability standards to ensure that their product is consistently of the highest quality and that they do not make mistakes on the recipes or branding of batches.

Buy oil of at least a reputable known brand. There are some excellent blenders out there but there are even more ‘cowboys’. By your description of it, this looks like a cowboy outfit. However, their web site is quite impressive, so what do I know.
