ENGLAND: BPS......Yes or No?

We got paid on the 5th.

But around 10% of what it should been

Remittance advice shows no penalties etc.

No loan,bridging payment applied for.

Had a query in early October that someone else was claiming for some of our land (dual claim).
Phoned up and received email confirmation it was rectified in our favour.

But the area under dual claim doesn't tally up with the 90% not received or combinations of penalties applied etc

I can see this will take some sorting out

Nothing here,phoned last wk as most paid around me and mine is in validation! Chap helpful couldn't see any problems ,I asked if I should get my agent to enquiry and he couldn't see a reason too.does it help to keep ringing? In my experience if I'm not paid before Christmas then it's a long time coming

I got paid Jan 3rd,two years ago after a RPA cattle inspection and a 3% or 5% penalty,so dont give up yet. I do think however that they are more inclined to pay the smaller amounts first.
