Just out of interest, as the wording is 'cultivate' if you have a bad thistle cover, does anyone glyphosate a bit earlier (it's not cultivating) so they don't seed everywhere? (and then not cultivate until after 1 Aug)? (without a derogation)

Just try to get a derogation for just about anything.....!! Takes weeks, and then they have no idea of the whats and whys of the application! Bring back proper advisers I say! Quick look,,, Yep, boar thistle, BG or whatever. Crack on and take them out!
