The ECO TANK model.
Allways had epson ,current one is dyeing ,,lines all over ,colors very blurry so presume the jets or head is out of line .
Seen the new Ecotank model that uses bottles to fill up with ,not cartridges .
Anybody using one ,reviews

Mine currently uses the Claria 26 ,,Polar bear ,,,I get them of ebay but a full pack is £40-60 ,even more in currys .
The Eco bottles are much cheaper and print more ,,its just the printer itself isnt cheap

What kind of Epsom is it you have now?
Mine goes nuts every few weeks and have to clean the heads on it with Alcohol... leave it dry and it'll go again for a few weeks.

Put it down to cheap non genuine ink.

XP-520 ,,I only use genuine epson cartridges

Ours is what I put down to the ink.. It comes up head clean or similar.

I found a YouTube video how to clean the heads. You can buy kits , I just put kitchen towel under where the ink sits and flush it.
Older Epsons have never done it just this one.

epsons have a waste ink resovoir that collects waste ink. the software estimates when this reservoir is full, it then stops the machine from printing. there is software to reset this function, the reservoir is just a sponge,
